These terms apply to the Thara websites, registration for Thara Launch and the Thara Connect Forum on 29 October 2026 at Thara Hub, Ajman, and the Thara Connect app on iPhone and Android (together, the “services”). The services are provided by Thara Holding (“Thara”, “we”, “us”). By registering for or using the services you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Who can use the services
The services are for professionals aged 18 or over. You must give accurate and complete information, keep it up to date, and register only yourself.
Registration and approval
Registering does not guarantee a place. Places are limited and every registration is reviewed. Thara may approve, decline, waitlist or hold a registration at its discretion, including after asking you to verify your identity, and may withdraw an approval if the information you gave is wrong or incomplete.
Your account
You sign in with the email you registered with and a one-time code. Keep your email secure and never share your codes. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us at info@tharahub.ae if you think someone else has used it.
Your entry pass
Your QR pass is personal and cannot be sold or transferred. You may be asked at the entrance to show official ID that matches your registration. We can revoke and reissue a pass, for example if a phone is lost, and a revoked pass stops working immediately.
At the venue
Follow the instructions of the organisers, security and venue staff, and treat other guests with respect. We may refuse entry or ask you to leave if your behaviour puts the safety or comfort of others at risk, or if you break these terms. You are responsible for your own belongings.
Meetings and networking
Meetings booked in Thara Connect need both sides to agree, and Thara assigns the tables. Use other participants' details only to arrange and hold event meetings: do not copy, sell or pass them on, and do not send unsolicited marketing. We may limit or suspend access to meetings if they are misused.
Your content
You keep ownership of the profile details, photo, pitch deck, notes and messages you add. You give Thara a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and share that content as needed to run the services, for example to show your public profile to other participants or to share your deck with approved investors when you consent.
You must have the right to share what you upload, and it must not be false, unlawful or offensive, or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Photography and filming
The event will be photographed and filmed, and images may appear in Thara's communications. Tell the team at the registration desk if you prefer not to be photographed.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Thara Connect app for the event. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or the services, try to access data you are not allowed to see, or use automated tools to collect data.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, their terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
Changes to the event
The programme, speakers, timings and venue layout may change. We will publish updates on the website and in the app. If the event has to be postponed or cancelled, we will tell registered guests as soon as we can.
Intellectual property
The Thara name, logos, designs and the content of the Thara websites and app belong to Thara Holding or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the services available and accurate, but they are provided “as is”. We cannot guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any meeting will take place or lead to a particular result.
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Thara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and ending your use
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. You can stop using the services and delete your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using the services after a change, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Ajman. The courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
